In Taisho-era Japan, kindhearted Tanjiro Kamado finds his family slaughtered by demons, with his sister Nezuko transformed into one. Determined to avenge his family and restore Nezuko's humanity, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps. Guided by mentor Sakonji Urokodaki, he learns the art of demon slaying and faces powerful foes, including Muzan Kibutsuji, the first demon.
