A young surgeon, Oh Yeon-joo, gets pulled into a webtoon world created by her father, where she encounters the webtoon's main character, Kang Chul, leading to a complex and dangerous love story between them as they navigate the boundaries between their two realities, the real world and the digital world within the webtoon.
